Seasoned network marketers teach us to talk to the
people we know about our business first. They teach us to build a list of at least 100 people. There are several
ways you can approach them to tell them about your new business.
You can simply call them and ask them a question like, "How do you like your
dental plan?" Then go into telling them about AmeriPlan®.
Or, you can call them up and tell them that you have recently started a new home-based
business that you researched and feel that is fantastic. However, you need their help. Ask them if they would
care to do you a favor. Ask them if you can practice talking to them about your business as if they were a prospect.
Ask them to give you criticism of how you can do it better. That way you are telling them about your business without
doing it in a way that would be "pushy."
Another great idea
is to send an email or letter out to your family, friends, and everyone you know to tell them about your new business!
They may be very much in need of our services or they may be looking for work-at-home!

STEP 2 - GET FREE OPPORTUNITY SEEKER LEADS
There are lots of ways to get free leads. These
leads are people who have requested more information about working from home. Vendors give away free leads with the
hope that you like them and will purchase more.
Order these free leads when you are ready to start making calls. Some of
the leads are "live leads." Meaning, you are sent the prospect's information the moment they asked for it. It
is best to call these leads while they are "hot."
In my opinion, it is best to call these leads vs. sending an email. People
are looking for help on how to make money from home. They want and need to hear a friendly, helpful voice on the other
end of the phone.
When signing up for the free leads, be sure to read everything. Some of
these may set you up for a monthly subscription. If you don't want to pay for leads, all you have to do is cancel the
subscription before it starts.
These are excellent resources! If for no other reason, this will give you
great practice on making broker calls. Don't be surprised if you enroll a lot of brokers using free leads! It
most definitely happens and you are likely to find an excellent leader or leaders from free leads! Enjoy!
NOTE: Sign up for the free leads at the time of day that you would like
to receive them. I noticed that when I requested the free leads, that was the time of day that I received them every
day. So, if you work mostly in the mornings, request your free leads then. So, every morning you have a batch
of new leads to work.
NOTE: If you ever decide to purchase leads, these are some good questions
to ask before purchasing:
-How are the leads being generated?
-Are the leads verified and for sure have requested info?
-Are the leads exclusive to you or given to other people, too?
-What is the replacement policy on the leads?
