This is a very important document for you to have!  I refer to mine all the time.  It is absolutely necessary that you have this.  You can get it either by downloading it and printing it out or you can get one from the company for free.  It is 38 pages long, so you may prefer to get one from the company.  Just call Broker Support and ask for one.
