#1 - Company Incentives & Bonuses

Beginning March 1, 2005

This is an overview. More details are below. Make sure you read all of the information! It's good stuff!

The RSD bonus will be discontinued in order to put in place much better incentives and cash bonus rewards!
New Broker Kits ($95.00) will be overnighted to New Brokers instead of ground freight. (Yeah!)
$25.00 ICP and ICP Plus sites will be free for 90 days for New Brokers beginning March 1, 2005.

Fast Track Bonus begins: Brokers enrolled from March 1, 2005 and after:

RSD Training Bonus will begin: 30 days from Application - enroll 4/6 - receive a bonus of $500.00!
Go from RSD to SRSD within 60 days and receive a $1,000.00 bonus!
Go from SRSD to ESD within 60 days and receive a $2,000.00 bonus!
Go from ESD to SESD within 60 days and receive a $2,000.00 bonus!
Go from SESD to NSD within 60 days and receive a $2,000.00 bonus!
Once you reach NSD, the goal is to be making $25,000 in Residual within 90 days of achieving NSD. Then you need to maintain your $25,000 annual income for three consecutive months. If you achieve this, AmeriPlan® will MATCH all of the bonus money you previously made! That could be an additional $7,500.00! Exisiting Brokers (before March 1) DO NOT qualify for the matching Presidential Club Bonus.
Whether or not you re-qualified for RSD within the allotted 30 day period, you still can qualify for the remaining bonuses. All you have to do is qualify for RSD (You will not receive the bonus), and then once you have reached this level, the clock starts ticking, and you have 60 days from that date to qualify for SRSD. When you have reached the SRSD level, whether you do it within 60 days or not, you again have another qualification time span for the next level’s incentive. You do not have to hit them all! However, once you qualify for one, the clock starts for the next. So do not get discouraged, get your RSD finished so that you can get the next bonus!

#2 - FREE Giveaway on Cindy Harm's Monday Night Call

Every Monday night, my enroller, Cindy Harms, has a team training call. She sends out weekly emails letting you know the time, phone number, and access number. Be watching your email for this.

#4 - Florida Legislation For Member Solicitation

New Law Goes Into Effect On: March 31, 2005

The state of Florida has passed a new Bill/Legislation. This is

basically the outcome of it:

1. All discount companies who do business in the state of Florida need to have a license to stay in full-compliance. AmeriPlan® has done this and is in full-compliance. (We as brokers do NOT have to do this.)

This piece of legislation contains SPECIFIC regulations for any MEMBER SOLICITATION that we do! This is only for MEMBERS NOT Brokers.

In Florida ONLY: We can NO LONGER use any kind of home-made flyers, ads, business cards, anything for MEMBERS.

2. We can ONLY use approved AmeriPlan® produced material. Such as: 80% Brochures (AmeriPlan® is making new ones for the state of FL) and the DVD's.

So, you can no longer put up flyers, run ads, etc. in the state of FL for MEMBER solicitation. We can still do the same as always for brokers.

3. If you have any kind of an alternate website, it MUST contain the links that point to the disclosures. (All of that information can be obtained by emailing: webcompliance@ameriplanusa.com )

4. When you have a new MEMBER enrollment to enter for the state of Florida, you can NO LONGER submit that enrollment online (in your AmeriPlan® Back Office.) You can mail in the application, fax it in, or have that person to enroll themselves on your mybenefitsplus.com site! Those are the only ways to enroll a new Florida member.

AmeriPlan® has worked diligently to get the license in order for us to be able to continue to do business in the state of Florida.

It is now our responsibility to follow these rules as outlined. Let's not jeopardize AmeriPlan® losing their license for doing business in the state of Florida.

All of the SimpleAsABC sites and OneSimpleCard sites will automatically

be updated to reflect these new laws and conditions. You do NOT need to worry about that.
