SUBJECT: Your AmeriPlanÒ Discount Benefits
Your membership kit (for the discount benefits) will be sent to you in 7-10 business days from the date of your enrollment.
It will not be with your broker kit. It is mailed separately.
To help you to understand your membership card, you have four different areas of savings: Dental, Vision,
Prescription, and Chiropractic discount benefits. Each of these areas have a different name and logo associated with it. For
example: Dental is AmeriPlanUSAÒ , Vision is Coast to CoastÒ ,
Prescription is MedcoÒ , and Chiropractic is CPAÒ (Chiropractic
Plans of America). When presenting your card for discounts, please make sure to tell the provider the correct name. For instance,
if you go to get a new pair of glasses, make sure you say Coast to CoastÒ , not AmeriPlanÒ .
As an AmeriPlanÒ Broker, it is important for you to use your discount plan as often
as you can. You need to experience the savings. It will help to get even more excited about what you are doing! Plus, you’ll
have personal testimonies to share with people.
